Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the services rendered by Sridah Interiors. By using our Site, contacting us, or having a project with us, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

Scope of Work

The work done will be in accordance with the signed design, quote and contract. Any additional preset change, material or request to what has been agreed will be billed on top.

Quotations & Pricing

Estimates: All quotes are to be done after the site visit, materials discussed and measurements taken.

Quotes may change if:

  • Site conditions vary
  • Extra work is added
  • Materials or designs are changed

All prices are exclusive or inclusive of GST based on the tax status of your project.

Payments

All payments shall be according to the payment schedule in the project agreement. Commence work will only start after booking/initial payment in made.

Common payment terms:

  • 40% advance
  • 40% during work progress
  • 20% before final handover

This can cause project delays as payments are sometimes delayed.

Timeline & Delivery

We strive to get all projects done when promised. But there are factors that could alter the timing of things:

  • Material availability
  • Client-requested changes
  • Weather conditions
  • Site access issues
  • Delay in approvals

Any updated time line will be communicated in advance.

Materials & Brand Usage

Client to supply materials as per agreement. If any of the mentioned brand is not available, we will replace it with another equivalent Brand no less in value than the replaced item.

Site Conditions

Clients must ensure:

  • Our teams access to the site
  • Basic utilities like electricity and water
  • Safe working conditions

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to access restrictions or unsafe sites.

Third-Party Vendors

For some services (lighting, electricals, granite, appliances and so on), reputable third-party vendors may be used.

They all operate with oversight from Sridah Interiors, but their specific warranties and terms also extend.

Warranty & After-Support

We only have warranties on things that the manufacturer provides a warranty on (hardware, fixtures, appliances etc). Warranty on workmanship is limited as per your project document.

This does not cover when the product is used improperly, water-damage, external maintenance or by work of third party.

Design Ownership

The entire drawings, designs and https://sridahinteriors.com/public/assets/images made by Sridah Interiors are the intellectual property of ours. These cannot be passed to/used by another vendor without written permission.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after prepayment, fees according to:

  • Work already completed
  • Materials purchased
  • Labour allocated

Refunds: (if applicable) Once we receive your return, and inspect it and if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any return is not accepted.

Website Use

All the content on our site text, https://sridahinteriors.com/public/assets/images, designs and layouts belong to Sridah interiors.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • The damage of the other contractors on-site
  • Client-provided materials
  • Natural disasters: such as water damage, flooding or structural problems
  • Electrical/plumbing work not performed by us
